From Wind Tunnel Tests to Real Road Data: The Latest Scientific Findings in Trailer Aerodynamics

The classic tool of aerodynamic development was the wind tunnel; but scale models, fixed wind angles and idealised ground conditions only partially represent the chaos of real traffic. The research trend of recent years is clear: the final arbiter is real road data.
