How does the quotation process work?
Just tell us what you need: the load you carry, your industry, and your size and capacity expectations. Our technical team selects the most suitable model and prepares a personalised written offer. You can send your request through our contact page, by phone or via WhatsApp.
What are your production and delivery times?
Lead times depend on the chosen model, its technical equipment and our current production schedule. Rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all figure, we give you a clear timeline before you order. Contact our team for up-to-date scheduling information.
Do your vehicles come with a warranty?
Yes, all our vehicles are delivered with a manufacturer's warranty. As the duration and scope vary by model and equipment, the exact terms are confirmed in writing at the quotation stage. Our service and spare parts support also continues after the warranty period.
Do you manufacture ADR-certified vehicles?
Yes. Our catalogue includes ADR-compliant tanker models for fuel, chemical and hazardous goods transport, and our production follows the relevant European standards. The certificates and documents your project requires are confirmed together at the quotation stage.
Which countries do you export to?
From our production centre in Konya, Türkiye, we ship both domestically and abroad, delivering to more than 40 countries. Contact us to learn about delivery options for your country.
What do your service and repair operations cover?
Our workshop serves not only our own vehicles but trailers and superstructures of every brand. Key services include trailer maintenance and repair, ADR-standard tanker repair, silo and aluminium body welding, refrigerated box repair, curtain and tarpaulin systems, and lowbed, axle and suspension work. We also operate a dedicated repair centre for fuel tankers.
Can you supply spare parts?
Yes, we provide spare parts support both for the vehicles we build and for trailers of every brand. To help us identify the right part quickly, just contact us with your vehicle details.
Do you offer custom or project-based manufacturing?
Yes — alongside our range of over 120 models, we also build to project. Tell us the load you carry, your industry and your size and capacity requirements, and our technical team will design the right solution. If this is your first vehicle purchase, we'll gladly help you choose the right model together.
Do you buy or sell used vehicles?
Our website focuses on our new vehicle production and service operations, so used vehicle transactions are not handled online. For any needs in this area, please contact our team and we'll point you in the right direction.
Can I visit your factory? How is the vehicle handed over?
Of course — you're welcome to visit our production centre in Karatay, Konya by appointment and see the manufacturing process first-hand. We're open weekdays 08:30–18:00 and Saturdays 09:00–14:00. Delivery and handover arrangements are planned together at the quotation stage.
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is confirmed, your vehicle enters our production schedule and our team keeps you informed throughout the process. When production is complete, we plan the delivery together; after handover, we remain at your side with service, maintenance and spare parts support.
