Chassis

The chassis main plate (web plate – longitudinal member), upper and lower flanges and all cross members are made of high-strength imported and st52 grade sheet steel. The chassis is robot-welded in an I-section form.

Body
High-strength imported sheet steel, resistant to abrasion and impact, is used in production.
Lighting system
24 V lighting with 2x7+1x15 pin sockets.
Braking system
WABCO or KNORR-BREMSE 2S-2M EBS system with RSS.

Running gear

Drum-braked domestic axle set with 70 single-leaf springs, air suspension and 2x9 or 2x12 ton capacity.

8 tyres in a brand selected by Barlas are fitted, together with rims matching these tyres.

Paint

Grit metal shot blasting, epoxy primer and acrylic paint application (in an oven-cured paint booth).
