Chassis

The chassis main plate (web plate – longitudinal member), the upper and lower flanges and all cross members are manufactured from high-strength imported and ST52 grade sheet steel. The chassis is robot-welded in an I-section form.

Body

High-strength imported sheet steel resistant to wear and impact is used in production.

Lighting system

24 V lighting with 2x7+1x15 pin sockets.

Braking system

2S-2M EBS system with RSS, from WABCO, KNORR-BREMSE or other brands.

Running gear

• Drum or disc type axles with 9/12/14/16 ton capacity
• Single or double 100-type leaf springs
• Air suspension
• 12 tyres in 245x70xR17,5 size with matching rims

Paint

Grit metal blasting, epoxy primer and acrylic paint application (in oven-cured paint booth).
