Silo trailer volumetric capacity:
- Production is carried out in the 28-50m³ volume range according to customer order.
Body material grade:
- High-strength ST52 or Strenx brand Swedish steel is preferred for the body material.
Payload:
- Thanks to the lightweight body, payload capacity reaches maximum values.
Body type:
- The cylindrical body is manufactured by certified, expert welders.
Working pressure:
- The silo trailer operates at a working pressure of 2 bar and a test pressure of 3 bar.
Chassis:
Axle configuration:
- The vehicle has a 3-axle chassis configuration.
Materials:
- High-strength chassis steel and cross members are used in accordance with EEC directives.
Manufacturing:
- An optical laser measuring device is used in chassis assembly to ensure accurate, flawless chassis fabrication.
Assembly method:
- The trailer brackets are mounted onto the chassis flange using the staggered fabrication method and welded.
Suspension & axle:
Suspension:
- An air-bellows, single/double-leaf Z-spring system is preferred for the suspension.
Front axle:
- The front axle lift control is located in the tractor cab.
Number of axles:
- A drum or disc brake axle system with 3 x 9 Ton carrying capacity is used.
Axle brands:
- Sertel, Pırlanta etc. (domestic) / BPW, SAF (imported) (choices are optional).
Brake system:
- A WABCO 2S-2M EBS + RSS system is installed in accordance with UN/ECE regulation ECE R13.
Hydraulic system features
Tipping movement:
- Tipping is performed by a HİDROMAS brand 5-stage heavy-duty telescopic cylinder providing a 45º angle.
Pneumatically controlled:
- The tipper is pneumatically controlled and equipped with a two-speed lowering valve and limit control safety.
Intermediate connection:
- The connection between tractor and trailer is established via 2 jacks. Installation uses a PTO suited to the customer's vehicle.
Technical specifications:
Electrical system:
- SA-BA (Varroc) brand, 2×7 & 1×15 pole connections compliant with UN/ECE regulation ECE R48, plus a socket compliant with ISO 12098.
King-pin:
- A 2” bolted king-pin in DIN 74080 quality, compliant with ECE R55, is preferred.
Landing legs:
- OMS/GOS brand geared landing legs with single-side crank, two-speed operation, 24 ton dynamic and 50 ton static load capacity are used.
Tyres and rims:
- R22.5 x 385/65 PIRELLI R179 tyres with 11.75 x 22.5 steel rims are preferred; fitting complies with regulation EU/458/2011.
Paint:
- After shot blasting, all metal surfaces receive 2 coats of epoxy primer, followed by 2 coats of acrylic paint in the requested RAL code.
Marking and labels:
- The vehicle carries the mandatory plate compliant with regulation EU/19/2011, rear reflectors, reflective strips, speed markings and warning labels.
Filling system features:
Pressure vessels:
- Filling is performed through DN 400 - DN 500 diameter manhole covers designed and manufactured in accordance with the 97/23/EC Pressure Equipment Directive.
Top filling covers:
- The top filling covers are equipped with 3 butterfly-bolt clamps.
Discharge system features:
Pressure vessels:
- After the tipper is raised to a 45° angle, air is fed into the vessel by the compressor.
Discharge:
- When the pressure gauge reads 2 bar, the 4” ball valve on the rear cover of the tipping silo trailer is opened, transferring the product out of the vessel.
- This starts the discharge of the product inside the tipping silo trailer.

Thanks to uninterrupted, high-performance robotic welding technology, stress on the shell and welding defects arising from the human factor are minimised; the shell is thereby made safe against impacts and shocks.

Discharge System
Rear tipping is performed by means of a hydraulic system,
A discharge line and discharge gate starting from the rear conveying hopper; fast, reducing wear, carrying no risk of clogging, and providing a rear outlet according to the direction of travel through direct DN 100 outlet piping.
Air Line Installation
Grouped, defined and systematic; ergonomic, easily accessible, offering controlled and rapid intervention,
Controlled in-tank air inlet valve, allowing the pressurised air coming from the compressor to pass into the shell,
Emergency air relief valve, discharging the pressurised air in the event of a potential hazard during discharge,

Chassis Type
Consists of two extruded double-T profile side members made of special alloyed aluminium with a reinforced special cross-section that provides high quality and high strength; it features special-design aluminium cross-member connections and is compliant with ISO 1726 standards.
Manufactured from high-quality, high-strength steel and compliant with the ISO 1726 standard. The structure consists of two welded longitudinal beams in an "I" form, supported by cross-members at the required intervals.

Outlet Cone Size
