Vessel:

• The V-type bottom-discharge vessel is manufactured from stainless ST 37 A1 grade sheet.
• Two large covers suitable for single-closure wheat filling are located on the vessel.

Chassis:

• Designed according to international transport norms for trouble-free carriage under full load in all ground conditions.
• Verified through FEA analysis and calculations performed to suit the vehicle superstructure.
• Manufactured from high-strength steel, with overloads also taken into account in the strength calculations.

Air compressor:

Electric air compressor is provided

Suspension and axle system:

• Axles with 3x12 ton carrying capacity
• Air suspension system
• EBS brake system designed to European standards

Landing legs:

Two-speed mechanical landing leg system with 25 ton lifting capacity and 50 ton carrying capacity

Tyres:

385/65 R22,5, 6+1 pcs

Rims:

6+1 steel rims, size 11,75*22,5

King-pin:

The 2” king-pin complies with SAE / DIN norms and is made of forged steel (42Cr Mo4) highly resistant to tensile failure; bolted connections allow practical replacement.

Electrical system:

• 24 V electrical installation compliant with EU standards.
• Multi-compartment tail lamps including fog lamp and reversing lamp are fitted on the vehicle.
• 1 ABS socket and 2 electrical sockets are provided.

Walkway:

• Single-side anti-slip walkway running along the left side of the vessel
• Pneumatically operated handrail system controlled from below
• Ladder mounted at the rear of the vehicle providing access to the top of the vessel
