Tank Shell

Insulation
The tank shell is clad with rock wool, providing full thermal insulation and preserving product temperature and fluidity for extended periods,

Paint

Thanks to the advanced technical equipment, a homogeneous distribution at every point of the body and a surface gloss at the level of varnished-paint gloss are achieved.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Body Type
The cylindrical cross-section body is produced from AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) grade stainless steel; on each compartment separated by counter-closing dished ends to provide ease of cleaning there is a DN500 filling manhole, and thanks to the sloped design, liquid is prevented from remaining inside the tank during discharge.
Chassis Type
It is produced from high-quality, high-strength S700MC steel compliant with the ISO 1726-2 standard. The structure consists of two welded longitudinal beams in an "I" form supported by cross beams at the required intervals. It is reinforced with KTL protection applied with Barlas expertise (10-year warranty against corrosion).
Brake System
The vehicle features a dual-circuit electro-pneumatic brake system equipped with an EBS 2S/2M anti-lock system compliant with the UN ECE R13 regulation and an RSS electronic stability control system integrated into the brake system.
