  • Varies according to the selected product type and optional equipment.

Tank shell

  • Cylindrical cross-section, designed in compliance with the EN 14025 design standard.
  • One external dished end at the front and one at the rear; internal dished ends / surge baffles to the EN 14025 design standard according to the selected number of compartments.
  • Holds ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.
  • A unique tank shell in the tanker manufacturing sector: the cylindrical shell is built from transversally seamless one-piece plates joined using the longest-weld-seam technology, with the minimum number of junction (T) points and a safe, smooth and even surface.
  • Continuous, high-performance robotic welding technology minimises stress effects on the shell and welding defects caused by the human factor, making the shell safe against impacts and collisions.
  • To increase shell strength and reduce stress, robotic welding is applied to the monoblock mounting saddles at the chassis joints, ensuring the saddles grip the shell as a single piece.
  • Special design providing complete discharge with no liquid remaining in any tank compartment.
  • A cleaning manhole is provided for cleaning the tank interior and, where required, each compartment.
  • Air-gap (ullage) safety compliant with EN 15120 against expansion and overflow.

Insulation

  • The tank shell is clad with rock wool, providing full thermal insulation and preserving product temperature and fluidity for extended periods.
  • Insulation cladding with front and rear insulation dished ends wraps the applied insulation circumferentially, preventing sagging and protecting it from external effects; joint tightness is ensured with battens and heat-resistant rubber, giving a clean visual finish.

Filling / discharge line

Filling line

  • Bottom filling is via couplings on the right-hand side in the direction of travel or at the rear; top filling is through the manhole covers or via closed-circuit filling couplings.

Discharge line

  • Free gravity discharge through EN 13094-compliant discharge piping located on the right-hand side in the direction of travel, running from the footvalves to the couplings with a slope that leaves no liquid in the line after discharge.
  • Discharge pipes are welded to imported patented elbows under ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.

Equipment

  • Stainless equipment compliant with the applicable standards and suitable for chemical and acid transport.

Chassis

  • Special-design monoblock chassis, angled horizontally and vertically, matched to the shell design and providing anti-rollover safety.
  • Monoblock mounting saddles fit the chassis mounting seats perfectly, forming a rigid structure and increasing strength.
  • Stress-relief openings on the chassis distribute the forces transferred from road conditions to the running gear and reduce stress.
  • Chassis structural components are fabricated in perfect alignment by certified welders using synergic welding machines under ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.
