TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Body type
The cylindrical-section shell is made of AISI 321 (DIN 1.4541) grade stainless steel; each compartment, separated by surge baffles positioned in accordance with EN 14025 for ease of cleaning, has a filling manhole or cleaning manhole compliant with EN 14025. The shell has a sloped design that prevents liquid remaining in the tank during discharge and carries the L4BH ADR code in accordance with EN 14025.
The cylindrical-section shell is made of AISI 316Ti (DIN 1.4571) grade stainless steel; each compartment, separated by surge baffles positioned in accordance with EN 14025 for ease of cleaning, has a filling manhole or cleaning manhole compliant with EN 14025. The shell has a sloped design that prevents liquid remaining in the tank during discharge and carries the L4BH ADR code in accordance with EN 14025.
Chassis type
The chassis consists of two extruded box-profile main beams of special cross-section with increased strength, made of high-quality, high-strength special aluminium alloy; it has special-design aluminium cross members and complies with ISO 1726 standards.
It consists of two extruded box-profile main beams of special cross-section with increased strength, made of high-quality, high-strength AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) grade stainless steel, with special-design stainless steel cross members. Electropolishing applied to the standards defined in ISO 15730: 2 000 provides reliable corrosion protection, visual appeal and surface brightness. The surface brightness retains the same appearance for many years. Hydrogen embrittlement is eliminated.
Brake system
The vehicle is equipped with a dual-circuit electro-pneumatic brake system featuring an EBS 2S/2M anti-lock system compliant with UN ECE R13 and an RSS electronic stability control system integrated into the brake system.
- Tyre size
- Tyres are 385/65 R 22.5.
- Axles
- BPW axles, 3 x 9 ton capacity, with air suspension and disc brakes.
Electrical system
The lighting system is ASPÖCK brand.
The lighting system is ASPÖCK equipment compliant with UN ECE R48 and ADR regulations, with 2 x 7 and 1 x 15 pin sockets and 24 V LED side marker lamps.

Discharge line
The discharge line starts with a handwheel-operated 4" footvalve compliant with EN14433; it continues with a second safety valve (a mechanically operated shut-off valve compliant with EN14432), which plays a key role in safe discharge, and ends towards the rear of the vehicle with a 3" female TW coupling and its blank cap. Between the second shut-off valve and the 3" TW coupling there is a 1/2" sampling valve for taking samples.
The discharge line starts with a pneumatically operated 4" footvalve compliant with EN14433 and continues with a second safety valve (a manually operated 4" butterfly valve compliant with EN14432), which plays a key role in safe discharge. Reduced from 4" to 3" towards the rear of the vehicle, the discharge line ends with a 3" female TW coupling and its blank cap. Between the butterfly valve and the TW coupling there is a 1" blow line that can be used for taking samples or for completely purging product remaining in the hoses after discharge.
Hose carrier
The vehicle has a 1 x 6 m hose box.
The vehicle has a 1 x 6 m DN150 stainless hose carrier.
