Combining the advantages of the classic V design with modern technology, the V-type silo trailer is offered with GLOBALTECH/BEKOMSAN compressor options. Different options are available in the 25-62 m³ capacity range.
Chassis
High-strength imported and ST52 grade sheet is preferred for the chassis main plate (web plate – longitudinal member), upper and lower flanges and all cross members. The chassis is robot-welded in I-section form.
- Body
- Wear- and impact-resistant, high-strength domestic and imported sheets are preferred in production.
- Lighting system
- 24 V lighting with 2x7+1x15 pin sockets.
- Brake system
- WABCO or KNORR-BREMSE brand 2S-2M EBS system with RSS.
Running gear
Air-suspended domestic drum-brake axle set with 70 single-leaf springs and 3x9 or 3x12 ton capacity.

KING-PIN:

A conically designed, hopper-shaped shell with a single DN 800 discharge outlet; thanks to the shell angle that prevents material from remaining inside and the air channels that create a vibration effect, it gathers the conveyed material in the centre and offers rapid discharge,
DN 200 conveying hopper bolted to the DN 400 discharge outlet flange; it prevents friction against the lower shell metal, provides vibration, and is lined internally with removable and refittable fibre-woven fabric interlining cloth,
The camlock-connected service cover located beneath the T-outlet of the DN 200 conveying hopper allows rapid intervention for discharge blockages inside the shell and offers a practical solution for internal shell cleaning; the conveying-line outlet on the side, mounted with a bolted flange, is removable and refittable and provides control of the material flow via a pneumatically controlled discharge valve,
