Vessel:
- On the vessel manufactured from aluminium plate, there are single-closure manhole covers of 450 mm diameter resistant to the test pressure, together with a 4” specially manufactured full-bore capacity pneumatic cement valve.
-At the base of each compartment, 1 air pressure gauge, a spherical jet air valve that accelerates discharge, and a fluidising aeration pad ensuring flowability are fitted.
-A 4” discharge system together with the 6-metre-long cement discharge hose belonging to this system

Thanks to uninterrupted, high-performance robotic welding technology, stress on the shell and welding defects arising from the human factor are minimised, making the shell safe against impacts and shocks,
A conically designed, hopper-shaped lower shell with a DN 800 discharge outlet; its steep-angled structure prevents material from remaining inside and, through efficient use of air, provides rapid discharge, while the pads used ensure sealing between the lower shell parts and prevent weld wear at the joints,
DN 200 conveying hopper bolted to the DN 800 discharge outlet flange; it prevents friction against the lower shell metal, provides vibration, and is lined internally with removable and refittable fibre-woven fabric interlining cloth,

From each conveying hopper; thanks to the fast, wear-reducing, clog-free, easily accessible, flanged, bolted, direct DN 200 bottom outlet piping, a discharge line with a rear or left-side outlet according to the direction of travel and a double-pin camlock-connected cover at the outlet end,
