Body
- Elliptical cross-section design in high-strength, imported, special-alloy ST52 material.
- A unique body structure specific to silo trailer production: circular, seamless, with one-piece plates meeting inside the chassis at the lower body centre and their weld joints executed by certified welders using a special welding method, resulting in a safe body with a smooth, even surface.
- Holds ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.
- Continuous, high-performance robotic welding technology minimises stress effects on the body and welding errors caused by the human factor, making the body safe against impacts and collisions.
- The W-angle body design prevents material remaining inside and enables fast discharge with a single (optionally double) auger system.
Filling / discharge line
Filling line
- Top filling is performed via filling covers that open horizontally on a rail system, hinged to the filling cover neck formed integrally with the body.
Discharge line
- Two separate discharge systems, from the top or the bottom, depending on the silo position.
- Top discharge is performed from manually opened discharge gates in each compartment, transferring in sequence to independently operating horizontal augers, the vertical auger and the upper discharge pipe; when top discharge is disabled, bottom discharge is used.
Electrical components
- 120 x 60 sheet-steel panel (1 pc).
- Contactors connected to the motors.
- Motor protection thermal relays.
