Paint

Chassis
For the main chassis plate (web plate – longitudinal member), the upper and lower flanges and all cross-members, high-strength imported and st52 grade steel is preferred. The chassis is robot-welded and manufactured in an I-section form.

Filling / Discharge Line
Filling Line
- Bottom filling can be carried out via couplings on the right side according to the direction of travel, or top filling can be carried out through the filling inlet on the manhole covers.
Discharge Line
- Compliant with EN 13094, positioned on the right according to the direction of travel and extending from the foot valves to the couplings, the discharge line piping has a slope that leaves no liquid in the line after discharge, providing free gravity discharge.
- The discharge pipes are joined by welding to imported patented elbows with ISO 3834 Welding Manufacturing Quality Competence Approval.
Chassis
- A specially designed monoblock chassis, compatible with the body design, angled on the horizontal and vertical axes, offering rollover safety.
- The monoblock connection saddles form a rigid structure thanks to their perfect fit into the chassis mounting seats, increasing strength.

It consists of two extruded box-profile longitudinal members with a special cross-section of increased strength, produced from high-quality, high-strength special-alloy aluminium, and is connected by a specially designed aluminium cross-member.
Brake System
Dual-circuit electro-pneumatic brake system; equipped with an EBS 2S / 2M anti-lock system compliant with the UN ECE R13 regulation and an RSS electronic stability control system integrated into the brake system.

The 1st axle lift system operates automatically according to the air bag pressure and speed values entered from the EBS data.
