Tank Shell
Elliptical cross-section design compliant with the EN 13094 design standard,
1 external dished end at the front and 1 at the rear, with internal dished ends / surge baffles to the EN 13094 design standard according to the selected number of compartments,
ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval is held,

To increase shell strength and reduce stress effects, robotic welding technology is applied to the OMEGA® monoblock connection saddles at the chassis joint points, allowing the saddles to grip the shell as a single piece,
Special design ensuring complete discharge by preventing liquid from remaining in any tank compartment,
Air gap safety against expansion and overflow, compliant with the EN 15120 standard.

Bottom filling via couplings on the right-hand side (relative to driving direction), or top filling through the filling port on the manhole covers,
Discharge Line
Free gravity or driven discharge via EN 13094-compliant discharge piping located on the right-hand side (relative to driving direction), running from the footvalves to the couplings, sloped so no liquid remains in the line after discharge,
Discharge pipes welded to imported patented elbows, holding ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.
Auxiliary Chassis
Custom-designed auxiliary chassis made of steel, matched to the shell design and providing rollover safety; it can be adapted to any type of truck chassis with bolted connections in line with the manufacturer's superstructure mounting instructions,
OMEGA® monoblock connection saddles fit the chassis mounting seats perfectly, creating a rigid structure and increasing strength,
Spring connections at the tank's front auxiliary chassis mountings distribute forces transferred from road conditions to the shell, reducing stress,
Chassis construction parts are manufactured with perfect fit by welders certified under the ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval, using synergic welding machines.

Paint
