Insulation
- The tank shell is clad with rock wool, providing full thermal insulation and preserving product temperature and fluidity for extended periods.
- Insulation cladding wraps the shell circumferentially to prevent sagging, protects against external effects, is sealed at the joints with battens and heat-resistant rubber, and gives a refined appearance; front/rear insulation dished ends are included.
Filling / Discharge Line
Filling Line
- Top filling is performed via a manhole cover with DN 500 filling port.
Discharge Line
- Free gravity discharge or pump-driven pressurised discharge via EN 13094-compliant insulated discharge piping located at the rear of the tank, running from the optional footvalve — manually opened and closed by a heat-resistant handwheel — to the safety-providing 3-speed shut-off coupling, sloped so no liquid remains in the line after discharge.
- A drained drip cup at the outlet end of the shut-off coupling collects liquid runs occurring after discharge.
- Discharge pipes are welded to imported patented elbows under ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality approval.
Chassis Equipment
- King-Pin

Tank Shell
Cylindrical cross-section design compliant with the EN 13094 design standard,
1 outer dished end at the front and 1 at the rear; surge plates inside the tank compliant with the EN 13094 design standard,
ISO 3834 Welding Manufacturing Quality Competence Approval available,
In the tanker manufacturing sector; a unique body structure that is safe, smooth and even-surfaced, with the fewest possible joint (T) points, produced by applying the longest weld-seam technology to transversely seamless one-piece plates in the cylindrical body structure and to their weld joints,
Thanks to continuous, high-performance robotic welding technology, stress effects on the body and welding defects arising from the human factor are minimized, making the body safe against knocks and impacts,
Thanks to the slope in the chassis design, complete discharge is achieved without any liquid remaining inside the tank,
Safety is provided by an air space against expansion and overflow.
Insulation
The tank shell is clad with rock wool that provides full thermal insulation and maintains the product's temperature and fluidity for a long time,
Front and rear insulation dished ends with an insulation cladding that wraps the insulation applied to the body all around and prevents sagging, offers protection against external factors, provides sealing at the joints with battens and heat-resistant rubber, and adds visual aesthetics.
Heating System
On the inner base of the tank, product fluidity is achieved homogeneously by passing hot water or steam through stainless pipes resistant to the operating temperature,
LGAV - Product fluidity is achieved homogeneously by means of fire tubes resistant to the operating temperature, heated inside the tank by an electric diesel burner connected to the pipe inlet.
