Technical Specifications
King Pin
- The 2” king pin complies with SAE / DIN norms and is made of forged steel (42Cr Mo4) highly resistant to tensile failure; thanks to its bolted connections it can be replaced easily.
Tank
- Manufactured with a bottle-type shell structure compliant with the EN 13094 standard, using a double-sided welding production system.
- Steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 4 mm is used in shell fabrication.
- Tank code: LGBF
Chassis
- Verified through FEA analysis and calculations performed in accordance with the vehicle superstructure.
- High-strength steel material is used for the chassis flange plate.
Landing Legs
- Two-speed mechanical landing leg system; 25 ton lifting and 50 ton payload capacity.
Lighting System
- The vehicle features an electrical system compliant with ADR regulations.
- The valve cabinet houses 1 ex-proof push-button type lighting system.
Equipment
- Vehicle equipment complies with ADR norms.
- Manhole neck, breather valve, API coupling, footvalve, vapour adaptor, pneumatic control block.
- Manhole cover fitted with overfill sensor, vapour recovery valve and pressure relief valve.
Walkway
- Single-sided anti-slip walkway running along the right side of the tanker.
- Bolted ladder mounted at the right rear of the vehicle, providing access to the top of the tank shell.
- Handrail system pneumatically operated from ground level.
- Drain pipes at the rear of the spill trough discharge rainwater and product resulting from overfilling.

Paint
- Cleaned with water and chemical mixtures, the vehicle can be oven-painted in the requested RAL colour code after 2 primer coats.
King Pin
- The King-Pin is compliant with 2” SAE / DIN standards and is produced from forged steel (42Cr Mo4) highly resistant to tensile fracture; it can be replaced practically thanks to its bolted connections.
Tank
- It is produced with a bottle-type body structure compliant with the EC standard, in a manufacturing system where double-sided welding is applied.
- Steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 4 mm is used in the manufacture of the body.
Chassis
- Verification has been carried out with FEA analysis and calculations performed in accordance with the vehicle's superstructure.
- Material made of high-strength steel is preferred for the chassis flange.
Landing Legs
- Two-speed mechanical leg system; it has a lifting capacity of 25 tons and a carrying capacity of 50 tons.
Lighting System
- The vehicle has an electrical system compliant with ADR legislation.
- There is 1 ex-proof push-button type lighting system in the valve cabinet.
Equipment
- The vehicle equipment complies with EC standards.
- Pneumatic Control Block, Manhole Neck, 3” discharge adapter.
Walkway
- A single-sided, anti-slip walkway running along the right edge of the tanker.
- A bolted ladder mounted on the right rear section of the vehicle, providing access to the top of the vessel.

- At the rear of the spill tray there are drainage pipes that discharge the product resulting from rainwater and overfilling.
