Vehicle body

Square-section, high-performance design suited to loading and unloading conditions,

High-strength, special-alloy imported aluminium material resistant to oxidation and impact,

ISO 3834 welded-fabrication quality approval is held,

Cross members of specially formed profile material placed transversely on the auxiliary chassis arms, spaced evenly and frequently enough to carry the load from the body; an anti-slip floor plate made of the widest one-piece sheet both transversely and longitudinally; a long-life, safe and high-strength fixed floor platform, joined to the cross members of the auxiliary chassis evenly and uniformly by method welding with excellent weld performance, forming a whole with reinforced skirt plates,

The floor platform has a special drain that prevents the accumulation of urine and droppings and minimises leakage.

A strong front wall reinforced with one-piece interlocking panels, fixed to the floor platform and integrated with the fixed front side supports, distributing the hydraulic lifting force of the deck platforms to the body through vertical support profiles,

Side walls reinforced with vertical support profiles, fixed to the floor platform, strengthened with interlocking one-piece panels and preventing the outward bowing that load forces could cause,

A deck platform running vertically in the bearing slots of the side walls, adjustable to different animal heights, moved by the hydraulic lifting system and maintaining load balance during lifting; movable or fixed, long-life, safe, high-strength, of the same anti-slip construction as the floor platform, offering ergonomic use,

On the deck platforms, portable separators that protect the animals during transport without restricting their natural movements in any way and prevent the animals from touching and injuring each other during jolts caused by vehicle or road conditions, together with portable partition gates of the same construction as the separators, allowing different animal species to be carried at the same time,

Insulated front and rear roofs, independent of each other, integrated with the vehicle body, fixed or optionally raisable by a hydraulic system; when raised they provide natural ventilation and increase carrying capacity,

A lockable rear door hinged to the rear side supports, reinforced with one-piece interlocking panels, opening fully or in sections and providing a tight seal,

A loading ramp or lift of the same construction as the floor platform, with suitable height and angle; anti-slip, providing guidance and protection with portable side barriers; allowing the animals to be loaded and unloaded easily and quickly, opened by a mechanical or hydraulic system.

Drinking water system

A pneumatically controlled aluminium drinking water tank with level indicator, mounted on the front wall or in the utility cabinet, with a capacity matched to the load tonnage,

A supply and drinking-nipple line located at the front, middle and rear inside the body, with flow provided from the main valve on the tank through butterfly valves,

Bowl-type drinking nipples for cattle, positioned on the right and left of the front, middle and rear walls, activated by the animal's touch,

For small livestock, drinking nipples on the side walls activated by the animal's touch.

Ventilation and climate control system

Meets the animals' fresh-air needs during transport,

Natural ventilation via sliding window covers that can be set to open, half-open and closed positions,

Special ventilation fans placed on one side of the body in each compartment, switched on and off via the electrically controlled panel in the utility cabinet,

In addition, a heating system for cold climate conditions (optional)

Inspection windows

Small lockable observation hatches in each compartment for use during veterinary inspections

Lighting system

LED lamps placed on the body and next to the ventilation fan in each compartment, providing sufficient interior lighting for checking and caring for the animals, switched on and off via the electrically controlled panel in the utility cabinet.

Floodlight lamps mounted on top of the rear wall, providing sufficient lighting while the animals are loaded and unloaded

Lifting system

The lifting system, equipped with a circuit-breaker system and driven by a hydro-electric motor, is directed via special hydraulic valves located in the utility cabinet.

Safety measures

Secondary locking devices providing safety on moving mechanisms,

Protective covers over the ventilation fans,

An audible warning lamp indicating that the hydraulic system is active,

Reflective plates compliant with ECE R 70 and strip reflectors compliant with ECE 104,

Chassis

A monoblock chassis with an “I” cross-section, matched to the body design, reinforced with intermediate cross members, bolted to the body platform chassis and flexible against torsion and bending,

The parts forming the chassis construction are manufactured in perfect harmony by certified welders using synergic welding machines under ISO 3834 welded-fabrication quality approval.

Paint

After production, the necessary surface cleaning is applied to the outer body and chassis to remove imperfections,

Before painting, the surface is matted and made ready for paint,

Painting is carried out with at least 2 coats of epoxy primer,

As the final coat, 2 coats of acrylic paint with “OVEN-CURED PAINT” application,

Certified paint operators use advanced technical equipment to achieve a homogeneous distribution and a lacquer-gloss surface finish at every point of the body.
