Unique, long-lasting, safe, high-strength body structure offering a multi-purpose transport alternative, obtained by lap-mounting the side wall panels — formed by interlocking special extruded profiles — onto the corner angles of the floor plate produced from the widest single wear-resistant plate, and joining them longitudinally inside and outside with continuous, flawless welding,

Hydraulic system
5-stage hydraulic cylinder providing the maximum tipping angle,
Pressure-resistant oil tank with filter and vacuum safety, sized to suit the hydraulic system,
Hydraulic pump coupled to the PTO, delivering high pressure and flow suited to the system,
Directional control valve routing the system's pressure line,
Hydraulic hoses and fittings resistant to high pressure and flow.
Chassis
Full chassis of specially designed, high-strength steel, produced with robotic welding technology, “I” cross-section, reinforced with intermediate cross members, flexible against torsion and bending, providing tipping stability, compatible with the body design,
Mounting brackets on the chassis side member that distribute forces transmitted from road conditions to the running gear and reduce stress,
The parts forming the chassis construction are manufactured in perfect harmony by certified welders using synergic welding machines under ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality certification.
