Tipper body
Half-pipe cross-section, high-performance design compatible with loading and unloading conditions,
Wear- and impact-resistant, high-strength imported steel material,
ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality certification is held,
Long-lasting, safe, high-strength, unique body structure obtained by lap-mounting the side walls — with an increased number of bends — onto the inner side of the floor plate produced from a single wear-resistant plate, and joining them longitudinally inside and outside with continuous, flawless welding,
Strong, inclined front wall with joints forming an integral whole with the floor and side wall plates, distributing the lifting force of the hydraulic cylinder from its bearing point to the body via support profiles,
Transverse and longitudinal support profiles under the body that reinforce the floor plate,
Durable, inclined, safe, freely opening and closing tailgate, reinforced around its perimeter with support profiles, hinged at the top to the side wall U-supports, with a bottom locking mechanism preventing unintended opening,
Convex, specially designed BARLAS MAXI tailgate with “TPE Utility Model Registration”, increasing the existing carrying volume by a further ~1,5 m3, reducing wear on the inner surface of the tailgate during discharge and providing a wider discharge area (optional),
Hydraulically operated tailgate mechanism that opens and closes automatically, controlled from inside the driver's cab (optional),
Fixing tipping shaft bedded on the chassis, joining the body and the chassis,
Steel mudguards welded to the body, protecting the truck tyres and undercarriage against load spillage.
Hydraulic system
3 ~ 4 stage hydraulic cylinder providing the maximum tipping angle,
Pressure-resistant oil tank with filter and vacuum safety, sized to suit the hydraulic system,
Hydraulic pump coupled to the PTO, delivering high pressure and flow suited to the system,
Directional control valve routing the system's pressure line,
Hydraulic hoses and fittings resistant to high pressure and flow.
Auxiliary chassis
Specially designed auxiliary chassis in box-profile form made of “NPU” steel, rigidly adaptable to any truck chassis, providing tipping stability, compatible with the body design, reinforced with intermediate cross members and rear diagonal support connections,
Spring connections and mounting brackets are located at the points where the auxiliary chassis is mounted to the vehicle chassis; they distribute forces arising from road conditions and reduce stress,
The parts forming the chassis construction are manufactured in perfect harmony by certified welders using synergic welding machines under ISO 3834 welded fabrication quality certification.
Chassis equipment
- Mud flaps
- Component type-approved anti-spray mud flaps in accordance with Regulation 109/2011/EU
- Side protection
- Protective equipment in accordance with ECE R 73 (cycle guard etc.)
Paint
Painting is carried out with at least 2 coats of epoxy primer,
As the top coat, 2 coats of acrylic paint with “OVEN-CURED PAINT” application,
Thanks to advanced technical equipment, homogeneous distribution over every point of the body and a varnish-gloss surface finish are achieved.
