Filling / discharge line
Filling line
Top filling is carried out via filling lids hinged to the filling neck formed integrally with the body, opening horizontally with the aid of a spring system.
Discharge line
Two separate discharge systems operating from the top or the bottom, depending on the position of the silo,
Top discharge is performed by sequential transfer from the discharge gates, opened by hydraulic cylinders in each compartment, to the independently operating horizontal augers, the vertical auger and the upper discharge pipe; bottom discharge is also possible by disabling top discharge,
A switch at the end of the top discharge pipe automatically stops the filling process as soon as the silo is full.
Hydraulic pump unit and connection platform
The electric motor and hydraulic pump unit drives the hydraulic motors, supplying the energy required for the operation of the augers, the movement of the discharge gates and the left-right, up-down movement of the discharge pipe.
Control panel and hydraulic control unit
A control panel designed to control the augers, the connected hydraulic motors and the lighting system,
A hydraulic control unit that opens and closes the gates in each compartment and steers the discharge arm — located at the top left relative to the direction of travel — up-down and left-right.
Chassis
A special-design full chassis with an “I” cross-section, produced with robotic welding technology, matched to the body design and providing rollover safety,
